Answering Service - starting at $10.00/day, unlimited calls - all messages are saved for 60 days

Secretarial work - $3.00 for 15 minutes or $12.00/hour.

All computer configuration, networking and software development is by the job.

• Standard page: double spaced $2.50-$3.00 / single spaced $4.00-$4.50
• Repetitive Letters: Page set up - $4.00 / each additional letter is 60 cents
• Repetitive Letters, personalized using data base: Page set up $4.00 / each additional letter is 60 cents
• Data base set up averages 2 minutes per entry
• Newsletters: Standard margins and print - $6.00 per page (e-mail to a group is free)
• Direct mail prep: each action is 3 cents (fold, stuff, address etc.) - you pay postage
• Large projects may require a small deposit
• Bulk Typing: employee manuals, safety manuals, policy manuals, quarterly reports, newsletters - why spend hours of typing when we can do the job in less than half the time.
• Transcription Services: interview transcripts, focus group transcriptions, conference transcriptions, meeting transcriptions - after the experience of transcribing medical transcriptions, most transcription jobs are a breeze!! It usually takes one hour to record 15 minutes of clearly recorded speech. I can do it a bit faster depending on:
• The quality of the recording
• The clarity of the voices on the tape
• The number of people speaking
• The speed at which they are talking
• Whether they speak in coherent sentences
• The degree of regional accents
• The amount of technical terms involved
• The position and number of microphones used

You may pay by invoice for your one time project or if you only need us once in a while. You will be billed immediately upon project completion.

We always hold copies of completed work on our computer for 1 year - this enables us to make updates or amendments with ease saving you time and money.
